In this project pre-school children explored the location in which they live and chose a favourite ‘home place’. The project encouraged the children to respond visual and verbally to such places and ion doing so to promote their awareness of – belonging and connecting – being and becoming – contributing and participating – active and expressing – thinking and understanding – imagining and communication.
