CUBE is an exceptional quality environment for corporate hospitality, seminars and conferences. CUBE offers a number of flexible spaces for hire; three gallery spaces: CUBE Complex catering for up to 450 delegates, a seminar suite for up to 80 delegates, two CCI meeting rooms for between 8-20 delegates and CUBE Visualisation suite for up to 15 delegates.
CCI Meeting Room 1
CCI Meeting Room 1 is an intimate space located on the fourth floor of the CUBE Building, which is ideal for meetings and break out sessions. The space comes equipped with the latest presentation technology including: PC, 50" plasma screen and wireless internet access.

CCI Meeting Room 2
CCI Meeting Room 2 is a larger space also located on the fourth floor of the CUBE Building adjacent to Meeting Room 1, which is ideal for presentations and lectures in addition to meetings and breakout sessions. The space also comes equipped with the latest presentation technology including: PC, 50" plasma screen and wireless internet access.

Full day hire: £300.00 +VAT*

CUBE 3D Visualisation Suite
CUBE's Visualisation Suite is an exciting new space in CUBE which features state of the art 3D technology, ideal for intimate presentations and film screenings.

CUBE Seminar Suite
CUBE’s Seminar Suite is a flexible space ideal for a variety of events including lectures, workshops, product launches and celebratory occasions. A projector, screen, lectern and wireless internet access are included in the hire charge. In addition, the space boasts an anti-room for serving refreshments and a reception area for greeting or registering delegates.

Accommodates 80 Theatre, 40 Cabaret, 25 Boardroom Style

CUBE Complex
CUBE's gallery Complex is a distinctive and unique space ideal for private receptions and corporate events. Measuring 500 sq ft, the proportions of the Complex possesses good circulatory routes throughout whilst providing an intimate and creative environment.

CUBE Seminar Suite and Complex are available to hire Monday - Friday 9am - 9pm
CCI Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 are available to hire Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Please note that bookings over 4 hours are classed as a full day.
CUBE has full disabled access to all areas.
Charity/non profit organisations as well as CUBE Corporate Members are entitled to a 20% discount on CUBE room hire. (CUBE space only) - "join cube now"
CUBE Catering:
Refreshments of tea, coffee, water and biscuits are available at a cost of £1.50 +VAT per serving. CUBE will also happily manage the provision of any additional catering that you may require. Alternatively, you can arrange your own catering.
