Envirolink Northwest are pleased to announce a Northwest Solid State Lighting (SSL) Demonstration Showcase.
 Visitors the opportunity to explore a diverse range of commercial and domestic settings where LEDs can replace conventional lighting products. The demonstrations will show the ability of SSL to create high quality lighting solutions whilst driving down energy and maintenance costs.

Lighting accounts for one sixth of all electricity usage in the UK. Solid state lighting is a fast moving technology which uses a fraction of the energy consumed by conventional lighting systems, reducing energy spend and the amount of carbon emissions in addition to attributing longer life spans further reducing long term costs.  

The demonstration will showcase LEDs in a variety of applications, ranging from residential homes to highways, and commercial office space to floodlighting.
